Claude Boilard is Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of the founding partners of Roy Livraison spécialisée inc.
Mr. Boilard has worked in the transportation sector since 1972, after starting his career with a multinational oil company. In 1978, he assumed responsibility for various functions, including dispatch, logistics, administration and sales at Déménagement G. Roy inc. After becoming a shareholder in January 1981, he contributed to the company’s growth until it merged with Raoul Martineau Inc., in 1998. Since that time, he has been primarily responsible for the company’s administration and finances, from the head office in Sherbrooke.
Stéphane Tousignant is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been a shareholder since January 2003.
Formerly the Sales Manager for a large firm specializing in international transportation, and air and maritime freight, he has been the General Manager for the Greater Montreal branches since 2000, at which time the company signed major contracts in Montreal. In addition to being responsible for branch administration and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers, he is also in charge of expansion activities in this region. He represents the company’s interests on the board of directors of the Consortium MRE Environnement for the Quebec energy-consuming refrigerator and freezer recovery program.
Mario Bourque is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of the founding partners of Roy Livraison spécialisée inc.
Mr. Bourque has worked in the transportation business for over 35 years for various moving companies in Estrie. In 1985, he became a shareholder in Raoul Martineau inc., making a major contribution to the company’s growth through the constant increase of sales. He also implemented a delivery and distribution logistics system for all of Quebec, the Ottawa region and a corridor to Halifax, for a national company (Xerox Canada Ltd.).
Since 1998, following the merger of R. Martineau inc. and Déménagement G. Roy inc., which gave rise to “Déménagement Roy et Martineau inc.”, which was later renamed “Roy Livraison spécialisée inc.”, he assumes primary responsibility for the company’s sales and operations, from the head office in Sherbrooke.
Gilles Pépin is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and a company shareholder since 2006.
From 1987 to 1993, he was the Manager of Logistics, for the electronic equipment shipping department at Raoul Martineau inc., for all of Quebec, as well as for the Ottawa region and the Montreal-Halifax corridor. From 1993 to 2003, he worked for a large Montreal firm as the Coordinator of Logistics Management for international shows touring major North American cities.
Since 2003, he is responsible for the logistics components of shipping contracts for the entire territory we serve.
